CLIMATE CHANGED
The debate about the climate crisis has in recent months & years reached fever pitch, largely due to ongoing & unprecedented global weather impacts, coupled with positive actions from such bodies as Greenpeace, Climate Extinction & individuals such as Greta Thunberg & our own Jim N R Dale, all continuously opposed or ignored by certain political parties (Reform UK here in the UK & the Republican party in the US as prime examples), along with certain ‘Don’t Look Up’ presenters on GB News & Fox News, the polluters themselves & social-media driven keyboard warriors, all commonly known as manmade climate change deniers. They are dangerous and should be ignored, or better still, opposed.

Thankfully the manmade climate deniers are gradually being exposed as blatant liars & prime defenders of the fossil-fuel culprits. They collectively use very similar tactics to the tobacco industry back in the last century to deny cancer was related to smoking, so it’s relatively simple to expose their misinformation and lies this time around, set against the known science, the data and even your own eyes!
Global warming is of course a hot topic in more ways than one & the future of mankind is almost certainly at risk as the planet’s surface temperature accelerates to unprecedented levels beyond the first +1.5 deg. C. ‘tipping point’, more or less where we are now.
Global ice melt, devastating wildfires, severe deadly floods, sea-level rises, intensifying storms, prolonged droughts, sudden debilitating freezes & blizzards, plus a plethora of other serious and unlooked for impacts and knock-on effects, all are on the agenda both now and increasingly so into the future. The outcomes may not necessarily pay you a visit today or even tomorrow, but in one form or another they will, unless there is a massive reversal in the current fast-moving climate trends. Net Zero can be achieved and the environment that we all depend upon rescued and resuscitated, but it is very much the battle of our times!
